Grant Introduction

PLEASE NOTE:  There is a new GRANT PROCESS. Please fully read the grant application & instructions prior to submitting your application.

Grant Overview:

• The purpose of the Carbon County Visitors' Council (CCVC) is to promote events, tourism, and the hospitality industry in Carbon County.
• The goal of the CCVC Grant Process is to assist Carbon County organizations with events designed to generate travel and tourism within our county.

The Board has developed two event grant categories:

1) Event Advertsing & Marketing
2) Sponsorship (events such as confernces or conventions)

- Note: Each event may qualify for only 1 grant.

How to Submit Completed Grants

TO APPLY FOR A GRANT, PLEASE SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL COMPLETED AND SIGNED APPLICATION, REQUIRED BACKUP INFORMATON, AND INITIALED AND SIGNED CCVC GRANT GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS BY:

All submissions must be post marked, received or date stamped no later than 11:59PM on the due date.

THE CCVC BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL ADDRESS GRANT APPLICATIONS DURING GRANT SESSION MEETINGS. GRANT SESSION MEETINGS WILL BE HELD IN JANUARY, MAY & SEPTEMBER OF EACH YEAR. (APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY THE THIRD MONDAY OF APRIL, AUGUST, AND DECEMBER – (4/15/2024, 8/19/2024, & 12/16/2024 )

LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CEO.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE RETURNED.
